Join Our Volunteer Team
Thank you for your willingness to share your time and talent with Lakeside. We are so grateful for you!
In order to volunteer at the school, you must:
1. Complete the volunteer training and sign a FERPA form
2. Submit a background check
We have streamlined this process to hopefully make it a bit easier on you this year with automatic emails going to our campus coordinators after you complete the training. Completing this process once suffices for both lower and upper campus.

Rebekah is a steadfast volunteer who wears many hats at GHLS. Whether she’s serving lunch to our teachers, bringing smiles with the Treat Trolley, helping to organize Yum & Fun, or serving as a Party Rep, Rebekah is always ready to step in and support our staff and school community. She gives her time generously and selflessly, always bringing a kind attitude and a genuine passion for helping others. Rebekah’s willingness to serve wherever she is needed makes a meaningful difference at GHLS, and our community would not be the same without all that she gives to our school.

Lori leads High School Celebrations for the PSO. She works tirelessly and selflessly to create memorable experiences for our high school students. Lori sets a high bar, bringing an incredible eye for detail to everything she does. From Homecoming to an Evening at Netherfield Hall, Lori pours her time, creativity, and resources into making each celebration special. She has a clear vision for the future, making thoughtful investments that extend beyond a single event and helping build traditions for years to come. We are so lucky to have her!

Lower school
Danielle dedicated countless hours over the summer, and continues today, to helping our library settle into its new home. She has cataloged and organized hundreds of books, as well as trained ATs and volunteers, all with incredible care and attention to detail. Her dedication extends far beyond the library as she frequently steps in to support our staff or serve as a longtime Room/Party Rep. She gives her time selflessly and brings a strong, gentle presence to all that she does. Danielle is truly a gift to our Lakeside community!

Susan was instrumental in the preparation of the Used Uniform Sale. She dedicated hours to sorting, folding, and carefully labeling items to ensure everything was ready for the sale. She frequently stays beyond her assigned shift to lend a helping hand wherever needed. In August, Susan also volunteered to assist with providing drinks for faculty during carline, even on days when she was not picking up. Susan’s generosity, positive attitude, and willingness to serve others make such a difference for our GHLS community!
