About the Event
CANNED FOOD DRIVE
Get ready to empty your pantries and closets for the lower school canned food drive November 6th though the 20th! All proceeds go to the University of North Texas Health Student Pantry in Fort Worth. Items requested are any shelf stable food, personal hygiene products such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Diapers and formula are also accepted.
Sorry, parents, but Ramen will NOT be counted toward class numbers this year!!!
Boxes will be located outside of each classroom. Scholars can drop all items here and they will be counted daily. A daily running tally will be kept by the front office. The winning class from K-3 and another from 4-5 will win an extra recess.
A Signup Genius link will be shared soon for those interested in volunteering. Volunteer shifts typically last about an hour in the morning, so keep an eye out…
